Perspective™ is based on a 3-tier architecture. Users interact with the system via a locally installed application called the Launch Pad. The Launch Pad communicates with a remotely hosted web server in order to manipulate shared data stored in a secure database.

From a central dash-board style interface all data stored in the system is quickly and easily accessible to those users with the appropriate permissions. Multiple projects can be navigated with a single click.

Perspective™ facilitates coordination within your organisation by providing shared calendars, activity assignment, and permissioned access to contacts and files. Files held by Perspective are versioned and maintained within the central database. At any time it is possible to back-track to a previous version of a file and/or undelete a file that was mistakenly discarded. By applying labels to the file register it is possible to mark a point in time and later see all file versions as they were when the label was applied.
