Booking Time with Co-Workers with Microsoft’s FindTime

Microsoft FindTime shows what days and times work best for you and your attendees by using free and busy data. Once you propose a few selected times, attendees get to vote on which times suit them best reaching a general consensus. FindTime can also allow you to schedule a meeting with multiple people across numerous companies across three timezones in 3.5 hours with a single email.
Voting Saves Time
FindTime allows people to book their preferred time so you quickly find times that suit all your attendees. You simply send your attendees an email with suggested dates and times they can vote on. Your attendees will receive a visual summary of voting to date, helping them choose the date and time that suits them best. Once your request reaches a consensus, FindTime automatically sends out the meeting invite on your behalf saving you time.
Safe and Secure
You don’t need to worry about potential data breaches because, for added security, FindTime encrypts personal information such as your email address in Microsoft Azure. FindTime also encrypts information about the invites you create, such as the email subject, the attendees, and the email body so it’s safe and secure.
Simple And Easy To Use
Not all your recipients of the FindTime email request will be using Microsoft 365, however, this doesn’t matter as their email address is all you need. Whether you need to schedule a meeting with colleagues or clients, you only need their email address. If your clients and colleagues haven’t downloaded the app – FindTime – still finds time, they only need the internet and an email address for it to work.
To use FindTime with your Microsoft 365 account, go to https://findtime.microsoft.com and click the Install button and follow the prompt to add the add-in to your outlook for Windows client. It will automatically display in Outlook on the Web.
