STS is growing by leaps and bounds! I want to be the first to officially welcome William and Cameron to the STS family.
We’re very glad you have joined STS William. William comes to us from Seattle, Washington. He is an experienced engineer with a firm grasp of client skills. As our brand new Senior Systems engineer, William’s focus will be assisting with the design, implementation and support of technology solutions which provide real business benefits to our valued clients. William will also provide an escalation point for the help desk for the purpose of ensuring timely completion of more challenging tasks.
William’s brings to us a wealth of skills and knowledge in virtualisation, backup & recovery, network security and many other areas, as well as high-level skills in Microsoft and Linux operating systems; he will be a tremendous asset to our team.
Cameron, welcome aboard! As our newest Level 1 Technician, we welcome what you can bring to STS. Cameron will be assisting in customer service and level 1 technical support. Coming from a background in psychology, Cam’s strengths fall in the realm of customer interface and one-on-one troubleshooting and will be working with the customer service team to ensure constant improvements in the way our specialists interface with partners.
Cameron’s responsibilities as a 1st level technical support specialist will include managing service levels and most importantly the client experience.
